valley

Ynys Hir nature reserve.

little egret, and many other wading and woodland birds. |

In
anticipation of the return of the Ospreys to the Cors
Dyfi nest site, the doors open on April 1st and will remain
open, 10am - 6pm, every day until September.

Nant yr Arian Forest Visitor Centre

Kite feeding can be enjoyed here every day at 3pm BST (2pm winter),
offering spectacular views of the birds in a wild and wonderful
setting." The Centre also includes many trails for walking,
cycling, orienteering or just enjoying the peace and quiet of the
Ceredigion countryside.

the West is Cardigan Bay much of which is designated Heritage Coast.
The Dyfi
National Nature Reserve with it's spectacular sand dunes at Ynyslas
again only six miles from Plas Mawr is an ideal place to spend the
day by the Sea or start a walk on the the Ceredigion
Coast Path .
